Every 3 months

Concrete

Driveway, sidewalk, and patio. Four concrete visits in the year, counting the setup visit.

Every 6 months

Windows

Exterior glass on the setup visit and again six months later. Not a separate trip.

Month 12

House wash

Included only if the 12-month agreement is current. No second big invoice. Roof and gutters are extra.

Price

Quote the setup. The monthly comes from that quote.

Other houses use the same math. The quote sets both numbers. There is no monthly cap.
Gutters and roof are not in the plan. Many San Antonio houses have no gutters. Roof is washed only if it needs it.

Agreement

Sign the 12-month plan.

This stores the agreement and emails the shop. It is the working signup until a separate e-sign account is connected. Cancel in writing at least 30 days before month 12 or the plan renews.
